vaobong88Bogotá 9 de abril de 2017.                                              Una verdad de a puño.Remontarse a la historia y deshilvanar el macabro hilo conductor que desembarca en la política pública denominada «Ley de Restitución de Tierras», ha sido un trabajo minucioso y puntual que he adelantado en estos tres años desde el Congreso de la República y cuyas conclusiones apenas empiezan a develarse, con las recientes investigaciones de falsos reclamantes de tierra por parte de la Fiscalía General de la Nación.En todo este tiempo he venido mostrando pruebas, tomando como fuente la misma información  que brinda el Estado, de las compraventas de tierras derivadas de la política pública agraria desarrollada durante los años 60’s y 80’s, que pretendió «remediar” la lógica de la necesidad de la redistribución de la tierra.A finales de los años 60’s y principios de los 70’s, el Estado, influenciado por las políticas de la CEPAL, compró 250.000 hectáreas de  tierra a sus legítimos propietarios para ser divididas y adjudicadas a campesinos.Posteriormente, entre el año 87 y 94, el Estado compró 650.0000 hectáreas invadidas a sus legítimos propietarios por frentes populares del ELN y EPL especialmente,  a precios muy inferiores a su verdadero valor;  las dividió y  adjudicó a través del INCORA a los mismos invasores, a quienes además  les otorgó un crédito de la Caja Agraria.
